Lucky is a pack horse, that fell while he was crossing a river in Alaska. After he landed on the river rocks, he could not move because his legs were so swollen and painful that he couldn’t walk. The nearest clinic was hours away.
The Large Animal Rescue Company came to save Lucky with a special sling and a helicopter. Lucky was gently harnessed, lifted into the air and transported to a clinic where his injuries could be treated.
