Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberries, fresh or dried
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (optional, for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, oats, and baking powder.
