This Beef & Oat Cake combines ground beef, oats, and other dog-friendly ingredients to create a moist and flavorful cake. The recipe takes about 1 hour to prepare and bake, and serves multiple servings based on your dog’s size.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup beef broth (low sodium)
- 1/2 cup grated carrots (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust based on your dog’s diet)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, rolled oats, applesauce, eggs, and beef broth. Mix until well combined. If using, add grated carrots and honey.
