- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (unsweetened, xylitol-free)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whole wheat flour or alternative flour (if gluten-sensitive)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
