Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or alternative flour for dietary needs)
- 1/2 cup carrots, finely grated
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
