This Salmon & Broccoli Cake features protein-rich salmon combined with vibrant broccoli for a healthy and tasty treat. The recipe is easy to follow and takes about 45 minutes from start to finish. Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) salmon in water, drained
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the drained salmon, chopped broccoli, eggs, applesauce, and olive oil. Mix well.
