Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup chicken broth low sodium
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt for frosting
- 1/4 cup applesauce unsweetened
- 1 egg
Instructions
