The Londonderry Police Department came to investigate and the very first thing they did was to get the poor dog to the vet. When the vet later examined the dog, he estimated him to be three years old, deaf and blind.
The dog is currently in foster care while the former tenants Jada Demas and Jennifer Moscardini were later found, arrested and charged with animal neglect and abuse.
