- 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour or oat flour

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, or cranberries)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (optional)
Instructions
