Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup canned salmon, drained (with or without bones)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup peas (cooked, frozen, or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley (optional, for flavor and freshness)
  • 1/4 cup carrot, finely grated (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a cake pan.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, canned salmon, beaten egg, peas, oil, parsley, and grated carrot. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined.
