Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.
