Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked rice, shredded carrots, applesauce, peanut butter, eggs, chicken broth, baking powder, and flour. Mix until well combined.
