Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes (cooked and cooled)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter for frosting (optional)
Instructions
