Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground lamb
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken or beef broth (low sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, mashed sweet potatoes, oat flour, egg, applesauce, broth, olive oil, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
