Easy Turkey Veggie Cake Recipe for Dogs
This celebration cake features ground turkey mixed with mashed sweet potatoes, carrots, and a touch of peanut butter. It’s straightforward to prepare and can be made in under an hour, making it a great way to spoil your dog during celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes (cooked)
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (unsweetened and unsalted)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Cooking spray or parchment paper for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, mashed sweet potatoes, grated carrots, whole wheat flour, peanut butter, chicken broth, eggs, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
