Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup honey (optional, adjust for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup oats (ground if desired)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (optional)
- Chopped apple or carrot for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth. Mix in the peanut butter and mashed banana until fully combined.
