This delicious dog cake features tender duck meat paired with fresh apples, blended into a moist, fluffy cake that is easy for dogs to chew and digest. The recipe takes about an hour from start to finish and can be served for birthdays or as an everyday indulgence.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked duck meat shredded
- 1 cup applesauce (unsweetened)
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup carrots grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded duck, applesauce, egg, honey, grated carrots, and broth. Mix well.
