I baked this lamb and cottage cheese cake for my dog Milo’s birthday last weekend. The lamb and cottage cheese made the cake rich, and he ate the first piece without hesitation.

This cake is made with ground lamb, cottage cheese, and oats, creating a delightful texture that your dog will enjoy. The recipe takes around 60 minutes from preparation to baking and yields a special treat for your canine companion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ground lamb
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- 1/2 cup beef broth (low sodium)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

- Add Broth: Gradually incorporate the beef broth into the mixture until you achieve a thick batter.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
