This dog-friendly cake is moist and flavorful, featuring a rich peanut butter base complemented by sweet strawberries. It takes about 25 minutes to prepare and serves as a delightful birthday cake or special treat for your dog.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened and xylitol-free)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (for frosting)
- Sliced strawberries for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
