- 2 cups rolled oats

- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt for frosting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 6-inch round cake pans.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin, applesauce, peanut butter, honey (if using), and eggs until well combined.
