Salmon & Sweet Potato Cake for Healthy Celebrations

I baked this salmon and sweet potato cake for my dog Oliver’s birthday last month. The salmon flaked into the batter, and he sat by the oven until I let him taste a crumb.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

I keep the cake in the fridge for up to two days since fish spoils quickly. Oliver gets a small piece as a treat, and the cake usually lasts us two days.
