I baked this tuna and carrot cake for my dog Luna, who goes wild every time I open a can of fish. The tuna smell was strong, and she waited by the counter until I gave her the first slice.

I store the cake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days since fish spoils quickly. Luna gets a small piece as a special treat, and the cake usually lasts us two days.
