This celebratory cake features ground lamb mixed with pureed pumpkin and whole wheat flour, baked to perfection. The recipe takes about 60 minutes from start to finish and can serve multiple pups!

- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

- 1/4 cup peanut butter (optional for taste)

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, pureed pumpkin, whole wheat flour, eggs, apple sauce, and baking powder. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Add Broth: Gradually incorporate the chicken or beef broth until the mixture is well combined and moist.
- Bake the Cake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Decorate: Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan. Once cool, you can frost with dog-friendly frosting or sprinkle carob chips on top for a festive touch.
- Serve: Slice the cake into appropriate portions and serve to your happy pups! Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
