Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (ensure it’s xylitol-free)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt for frosting (optional)
- Fresh fruit slices for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour and rolled oats.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix applesauce and peanut butter until smooth. Add the mashed banana and stir to combine.
