This delightful Tuna & Carrot Cake combines the flavors of tuna and carrots to create a moist and healthy cake that’s safe for your dog to enjoy. The recipe takes about 30 minutes to prepare and can be served as a special treat or reward.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, grated carrots, flour, rolled oats, applesauce, egg, chicken broth, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
